treadmill doc: protections on treadmill controllers

The Treadmill MCB provides some protections as the followings:

1) prevent jerky (protect user's safety): when IGBT unit burned out/ motor is jerky, relay  switch turns off automatically then motor stops.

 2) protection for motor and controller board. Max current limit (to be set via potentiometer)

3) protection of motor short curcuit (protect MCB from burned out): when motor's short curcuit was detected, relay switch turns off automatically then motor stops.

4) restrain motor reversionary current(protect MCB from burned out): use the speedy diode to protect against current that come back from the motor.
