guess I cannot measure the belt because it's sliced so I can do it??
Answer
If
it is broken, cut it with a cutter, pull it out and then measure it.
If you do not succeed, you have to pass a string along the entire
length of the path the belt should have, from there you can find the
length. You should also check (by removing the lateral end caps) the
position of the adjustment nuts, to understand if it is better to
replace with a little longer or a little shorter belt than the
original.

internet and you can find it at the following link. They cover almost
all makers and models of treadmills, tailor made belts for special
models are also available.
