REMOVE THE SEEGER WASHER FROM THE FAN.

REMOVE THE FAN FROM THE MOTOR AND REINSERT IT TURNED 180° (ON THE CONTRARY).

REPLACE THE SEEGER WASHER OF THE FAN.
