Hi I have a Turner XT5000 HRC treadmill,
unfortunately it has a malfunction. It starts normally but in the
first two seconds it immediately accelerates on its own, then after a
couple more seconds it hangs up giving the L5 Low Speed error. Are
you able to understand the problem?

could be a speed sensor problem, check
1)
Check exactly after how many seconds it stops
2)
Unplug the speed sensor, normally a two-pin cable, which ends with a
sensor close to the front roller
3)
Re-start and check again. If it stops after the same amount of time,
replace the sensor.
