    1. It is an error usually related to speed (sensor/motor/controller). It is different if it starts and then stops with E3, or if it doesn't start at all and shows E3. I'd suggest you to contact a specialist, you can find a list here http://www.partsfortreadmill.com/treadmill-repairs

    1. Does it start and then stops with E02 or doesn't it start at all? If it doesn't start you should replace the controller. You can find the replacement here: https://www.partsfortreadmill.com/parts-for-treadmill/treadmill-controllers/

    1. Hi dear sorry for the late reply there are tension bolts at the back of your treadmill, if you turn them you will tension the belt. See here https://www.treadmillsrepair.co.uk/2013/12/how-to-repair-treadmill-belt-belt.html.. Use them wisely, if by tensioning the problem is not solved, you should look if anything else needs to be fixed.

    1. hello, if it starts and then stops it's the speed sensor. If it doesn't start, it's most likely the motor controller. You can find the spare parts at this link:

    2. I somehow fixed it. I think it was because it was elevated to 15% and needs to be all the way flat. But It needs to be started in order to be lowered.
After simply pressing everything at once a few times it went down right before the error showed
