E3:speed
sensor error
|
1.can
not read the signal from working motor within 15 seconds.
|
1.check
the location of speed sensor and roller magnetic ,these two parts should
within 3 mm
|
2.can
not read the signal from speed sensor within 10 seconds.
|
2.check
the speed sensor work well, use a magnetic (safety key) to check ,the sensor
inside have two pins, should close or open when roller magnetic close
it.
|
|
E4:incline
wire
|
1.incline
motor VR wire not on right position.
|
1.rework
the VR cable head to be sure on right position.
|
2.incline
motor AC wire not on right position
|
2.incline
motor AC wire insert again to be sure right.
|
|
3.incline

Treadmill repair: calibration settings
Valid for JS type treadmills
Turn on the switch, move out safety key, keep pressing ‘MODE‘ key continuously and put safety key again, for 2 seconds. Then move the finger from ’MODE‘ key, the meter will enter ’MODE‘ function: fill the diameter of front roller, lowest speed, fastest speed, incline degree, when all information be filled, the machine will adjust the starting speed and incline angle automatically.
When all information has been filled in the windown, 1S is shown on meter, AD in distance window. You can now press “START” and save all information in the meter IC。
★WARNING:NO USER SHOULD STAND ON THE BELT WHEN OPERATE ‘MODE’ FUNCTION!!!

Treadmill Errors: PCB Indication Light & Solutions
POWER: Input power indicator light.
M-D: When power on, M-D indicator lights on 3-5 seconds, then lights off. The M-D doesn’t light continuously when treadmill in use. If continue light on, it means MOS(FET2,FET1) broken, change controller board.
LIMIT: If over currency or resistance force too big, LIMIT light on, machine stops automatically.
S-D:S-D light on will cause machine stop. Can turn on the input power then restart treadmill. If new PCB S-D light on continue, it means PCB short circuit.
UP: Incline up light. If not light, function doesn't work.
DOWM: Incline down light. If not light, function doesn't work.
PWM: PWM signal from meter to PCB, the PWM continues lightening when speed up. If this light on but machine not work, check motor wire or change PCB.
