Need to check if the upper and lower control cable contacts normal.

After starting the motor is not running or not detect the motor current. Need to check the motor line is plugged in or have poor contact.

AC motor RPM feedback is incorrect, please check:
- If the AC motor is operated normally.
- If the motor wires are connected properly.

Incline motor variable resistor power supply (+) disconnected, or the incline ADC circuit damaged, or
Incline motor operation error (turn incorrect direction.
Please check:
- Incline motor’s variable resistor (+) wire disconnected.
- The Incline ADC circuit damaged.
- Incline motor’s variable resistor (+) wire and the middle wire disconnected.
- When Incline motor to increase or decrease beyond mechanism safe range (such as too high or too low)
‼ NOTE
• It can also be caused by a dry worm-axle. Lubricate the lift-motor work axle and make sure it is free from dirt and dust.

Incline motor is reached to the designated location in the security planning value within a limited time, or Incline rose Motor ADC value error, over the range value of
security planning (too high or too low). Please check:
- Incline motor’s variable resistor (+) wire disconnected.

Communication time-out (more than 18 seconds can not built up communication).
It still unable to communication after reboot, need to check whether the communication lines has open circuit, and check on the console and driver.
Uart Init data not Response, Please restart devides.
There is a communication error between the gatewayand 3188 board. If problem maintains after reboot a software update is required.

Hi. Might this apply to others such as the Schwinn 510T. I’m getting the E6 error. I’ve tried to checking what you describe here but struggling to identify the parts:

hello, try to disconnect the cables from the engine of the climb and see if it starts
DeleteThanks. It turned out it was the board itself. A resistor went when the emergency stop was triggered during a run. It’s a known issue to Schwinn apparently so they just replaced the entire board.
