So if you buy a dcmd57 with incline, you can replace the dcmd67 without incline. Anyway on this website you can buy directly the model without incline (dcmd68A) which I think may be cheaper: dcmd68a controllerAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-11629744171293833112020-03-09T14:14:14.149+01:002020-03-09T14:14:14.149+01:00Hello, my board is DCMD67 without incline function...Hello, my board is DCMD67 without incline function.I would like to know if I can use the more easy to find DCMD57 that has the incline function. Will the DCMD57 work to replace my DCMD67 even if I don't the incline available on my treadmill?
Thank you.Peachpalmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01538609352184439205noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-523729440624104642020-02-26T08:53:26.314+01:002020-02-26T08:53:26.314+01:00Firstly I'd suggest you to perform the bulb te...Firstly I'd suggest you to perform the bulb test as written in our blog, it consists in connecting a light bulb instead of the motor. If the bulb test is successful, then the short is on your motor and you should replace the motor, if the bulbs lights up and can't be regulated, the fault is the controller. You can find the controller on this site and on the same website you can find motors as well. Treadmil controller DCMD77Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-69978386802195212712020-02-23T07:47:57.137+01:002020-02-23T07:47:57.137+01:00Hi there I have voit treadmill and control board i...Hi there I have voit treadmill and control board is DCMD77N
When I tried to start the machine the fuse blown out
Would you mind to suggest me replace/repair
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15105036963787112702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-40580758731493332762019-06-26T09:43:24.696+02:002019-06-26T09:43:24.696+02:00Can any body please give the MOSFET number used in...Can any body please give the MOSFET number used in dcmd77 thanks?Syedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13228315657007679357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-91778607804656551402018-02-14T15:03:31.531+01:002018-02-14T15:03:31.531+01:00Hi if with the motor disconnected fuse still blows...Hi if with the motor disconnected fuse still blows you have to replace the controller and you can find it at link below. I have posted both incline version, manual incline, 220V and 110V input. So you should find yours:
http://www.partsfortreadmill.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=dcmd67
Please be careful when you install the new board, first start the treadmill with motor disconnected from drive belt, and check that it runs smoothly and with no sparks from the motor (a few seconds, then you'll get error of no sensor reading). If all fine try connecting driving belt and with no one up to max speed. Finally if all tests before run fine, you can try with a person on board.
