I can hear the relay clicking to and fro and the E01 pops up and the machine stops. The Incline works no problem. I tried the bulb method you recommend here and it gives the same error. I tried at high speed and before it stops it even goes backwards (?) In my opinion the DCMD is more reliable than the PF. Even when it comes to the repair, when we send a controller for repair in a lab, the repairs of Endex/DCMD are always easier and more reliable than the repairs of PF. I have the 2PS-motor model on my treadmill, so I was thinking if the DCMD66 can handle it with less parts at the power area on the board.Eraserhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13459473144098230419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-52712470756011234882021-01-23T16:37:18.222+01:002021-01-23T16:37:18.222+01:00Apparently there are some different revisions of t...Apparently there are some different revisions of the PF-905 boards. I have also a problem with the PF-905 board ...Hello
I have also a problem with the PF-905 board (new version with the poti over U6).
There are the same symptoms like Honey Buster had in the first post on this page. After starting the treadmill, a countdown counts from 3 to 1, which is OK, but then the motor doesn't start running. I have figured out, that the relay has not switched and so no power is transferred to the power section which is driving the motor. The relay and free-wheel diode is OK, the transistors which are switching the relay are also OK. The high side switching of the relay is functioning (is shown with the red LED and also measured), but the low side switching to ground doesn't take place. The signal for this low side switching is coming from the controller chip.
So the controller doesn't send the signal to switch the relay, the question is why. It looks like that some input to the controller is missing and that is why it is not enabling the relay.
I have also tested the 390K-resistor, which the user Unknown (B.Buyukguzel) has commented, but that one is also good.

Does anybody of you have more information about this problem?
I would thankfully donate some money for the answer to my problem.

Thanks
WolfgangEraserhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13459473144098230419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-10542630933945848742020-12-09T10:43:28.039+01:002020-12-09T10:43:28.039+01:00Hello,We have a compatible board that you can chec...Hello,We have a compatible board that you can check https://www.partsfortreadmill.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=PF-906
Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09531011191458847923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-12414937856156073852020-12-09T10:41:53.137+01:002020-12-09T10:41:53.137+01:00Hello,We have a compatible board that you can chec...Hello,We have a compatible board that you can check https://repuestos.partsfortreadmill.com/power-first-pf906-treadmill-controller.html
Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09531011191458847923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-197394729753620791.post-48458194437283966762020-12-09T10:03:32.839+01:002020-12-09T10:03:32.839+01:00Hi,
