Code Error Troubleshooting Guide


Er1 treadmill speed ​​sensor error
1) Check that there is nothing internally stuck
2) Check that the speed sensor is not loose or defective.


Er2 treadmill motor connection error
1) Check if the motor connection cables are loose.
2) Contact us for further testing and identifying the defective component.


Er3 treadmill Error PC/display board and control board system error

Er4 treadmill control system failure error.

Er5 treadmill Motor protection fault.

In most cases the motor should be replaced


Er6 treadmill motor Control System Error (MCB).

Er7 treadmill Tilting error (only for versions with electric inclination)

Er8 treadmill HRC program error (only for versions with cardio program)
1) Verify that the user has both hands in firm contact with handpulse or he is wearing a chest strap. (The chest strap is an optional feature).
2) Verify that the heart rate monitor cables are not loose / if handpulse sensor.
3) Contact us for further testing and identifying the defective component.
