PROBLEM
SOLUTION
1.
The display does not turn on.

1. Make sure the transformer is properly connected to the power outlet.
2. Make sure the transformer is properly connected to the connector on the cross trainer.
3. Check the AC voltage of the transformer. It must be the same as the mains (Europe 220-240 V, US 110-120V).
4. Check that the data cable on the console is properly connected (usually 12, 10, 9 or 8 pins).

No resistance variation
1. Check that the motor operates when the resistance increases or decreases (hear noise).
2. Check that the data cable on the console is properly connected and in good standing (not pinched, bent, etc.)
3. Check if the motor operates after re-connecting the transformer and turning on the console.

The display does not display pulsations
1. Make sure that the user is placing both hands on the handpulse sensors.
2. Check the cables connecting the handpulse sensors to the console are properly connected
3. Check whether the console is in power saving mode
4.
Pulse is not displayed with the chest strap
1. Make sure the user wears the chest strap properly. Make sure the body is aligned with the console. Make chest skin slightly moist before wearing the strap.
2. Check if the battery is working. Test with a new battery.
3. Check whether the console is in power saving mode

Indication E-1
E-1 means that the console does not receive data related to the "body fat". Make sure the user is holding both hands on the sensors.

Indication E-4
E-4 indicates that age, weight, and height go beyond the range when the user sets his values. Stay in the ranges indicated in the instruction manual.

1. Check that the 12 PIN connector on the console is properly connected.
2. Check that the motor does not exceed the maximum limit.

Speed is not displayed
1. Check that the 12 PIN connector on the console is properly connected.
2. Check that the speed sensor cable is properly connected.

Failure in response to the RECOVERY function.
1 Check that the console is in the STOP state.
2. Check that the pulses are displayed on the display.
